Upon receiving the goods, the risk of loss or damage shall be assumed by you, the "Client." It is, therefore, strongly advised that you consider obtaining jewellery insurance. Chainy Collection recommends Q Report Jewellery Insurance for this purpose. This will ensure that your bespoke jewellery piece is fully protected and covered while being worn. Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia.

You may track your orders through the designated freight provider. Once your item is dispatched, we shall send an email notification to you, including your tracking number. Please ensure to check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information. Please note that order processing takes place from Monday through Friday, except on public holidays.

Australian orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after final quality control check of the product after manufacturing. 

 

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after final quality control check of the product after manufacturing.

International orders are exempt from Australian taxes if purchased and sent directly from Chainy Collection.

Please be aware that the listed price does not cover overseas custom duties or taxes. For further information, we advise you to refer to your local customs office or customs website relevant for your country. Please note that any costs and liabilities associated with importation, including subsequent duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, shall be responsible by the purchaser.

For business addresses, kindly include the name of the company to facilitate easy delivery. It is important to understand that once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the goods.

All online orders are sold inclusive of Australian Government taxes (GST.)

As a legal requirement, we must declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages. Please note that shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment arrives in your country. We strictly adhere to legal requirements and cannot falsify any details on the shipment form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value, or mark the package as a gift. At Chainy Collection, we take great care to inspect all goods prior to order dispatch to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Our team then takes care to package your goods meticulously to ensure that they arrive in the same condition. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders or Made to Order, made as requested by “Client” (you).

Important Notice to Prospective Buyers

Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below prior to completing your purchase. We wish to inform you that all orders placed through our online store are considered custom or Made to Order at the specific request of the client (you). Consequently, no refunds, exchanges or store credit will be issued for custom designed work or Made to Order items in the event that you have changed your mind regarding your purchase for any reason. Chainy Collection will not entertain any claims for "buyer's remorse". Each piece of jewellery requires multiple weeks and to create from start to finish, depending on the level of customisation and detail you have requested.

Please note that a minimum cancellation charge of 50% of the sale price of the items purchased will be applied to any custom or special order that has not yet been completed.

Claims concerning goods that are deemed faulty or inaccurately described must be reported within 14 days from the date of receipt or within a reasonable period as specified in the applicable manufacturer guarantees or warranties implied by law.

In case of suspected damage or defects, customers are required to return the items at their own expense. Chainy Collection reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims.

Please be advised that for health and safety reasons, the return of earrings cannot be accepted, unless there is evidence of a manufacturing defect.
