At Chainy Collection, we conduct thorough Quality Control checks to ensure the highest standards of our jewellery before it leaves our workshop. We offer a one-year warranty on all gold and silver products from the date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.

If you encounter any faults with your jewellery or find it unfit for its original purpose or not of merchantable quality, we will assess it at our initial cost to determine the cause of the issue. If the fault is found to be covered by our warranty, we will either replace or repair the item at no additional cost. To avail of the warranty or repair, you need to provide proof of purchase. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer an exchange, credit note or refund.

However, our warranty does not extend to damage resulting from unauthorised alterations, repairs, or cleaning by any other jeweller; misuse; accidents; exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances; or any other factors outside of normal use. Chainy Collection does not bear any obligation to take action in respect of such damaged items.

Please follow the care and cleaning instructions mentioned in the Product care and cleaning section of this guide to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.

Chainy Collection adheres to the Australian Consumer Law that offers certain guarantees on all goods sold that cannot be excluded. In case of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, you can claim compensation. In case of a minor failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. The Australian Consumer Law sets out the criteria for a major or minor failure, and Chainy Collection's warranty is additional and does not modify or exclude such guarantees.
